2Description of Service
Blink Pay provides a unified payment interface facilitating Dynamic QR codes and Instant EFT transactions. These services are intended for use in both formal and informal South African market sectors.
3Compliance and FICA
All users and merchants must comply with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA). Blink Pay (Pty) Ltd is a registered reporting entity, and services are subject to successful KYC verification and FIC status.
4Fees and Payments
Blink Pay reserves the right to charge transaction fees (e.g., 1.0% flat rate) as outlined in the Merchant Service Agreement. All fees are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
5Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Blink Pay platform, including the "BP" logo and "Simple. Secure. Instant." branding, remain the exclusive property of Blink Pay (Pty) Ltd.
6Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pretoria, Gauteng.
